“Over the weekend, went to UGO in Harriman, TN. UGO is United Grocery Outlet. Almost any kind of Meat products you see in the stores, they have. I believe is is a couple days old but its still good meat. They offer other things besides Meat but their Meat department is very impressive to say the least. There are isles of other products as well. Their store is clean, plenty of parking including Handicap spaces, Wheelchair accessible as well, and The Staff are friendly & helpful.”

“Great store, like most Food City stores. They are a bit smaller than most, I believe. Just be mindful of checking out, especially late at night. There are no self checkouts at the store and they usually only have one or two cashiers later at night, so if there is a line, expect to wait a bit.”

“The lack of safe egress out of the second door of this retail location is not acceptable. Unlabeled is a safety hazard. While inventory loss is an issue, one of two doors cannot be opened from the inside to exit as it is missing anything tangible to grab a hold of.”

“I normally avoid Dollar Generals at all costs. The one by my house (HWY 96 Lascassas TN) is messy, disorganized , cluttered with stock and overstock blocking the isles and dingy. However, this little BIG store on Patton Lane by Roane State made my day. It was brightly lit, clean, well stocked and had smiling faces. When I complimented the store to the clerk- she immediately raved about her manager. That she gives her manager credit for the stores appearance and how fun it is to work with her. @DG Corporate- this manager needs to be QC and help other stores promote your brand better and tighten up operations. Please visit the store near me and clean it up, and hire someone that cares enough about the brand and community it serves to make a difference in your NOI.”

“Excellent Kroger! Always clean and even when it's super busy they always seem to have enough folks working. Reliable sushi, great deli, meat and fish department always smells like it should, bakery stuff is fresh, nothing to complain about except it being busy but that's for good reason. They have a great staff, Taylor is an angel among them, thank you.”
