“So I'm just gonna be flat out honest here. As honest as I know how to be. I've been banking with TVA for a LONG time. I went in this past 5/26/23 and a very young lady assisted me. Even though some of the conversation wasn't banking related she at least ACTED like she cared. Most of the time people might not actually care about the conversation but if you at least act like it, it goes along way in customer service.”
