Close to 2 years ago I was in an accident with my vehicle and I brought it to eddies (i only had my car for a week) and they were able to completely repair my car along with numerous updates on how my car was coming along. Fast forward 2 years and im having brake issues. I brought it to a place in oak ridge first and they looked at it and said everything was fine but did not really give me any valid information on what the leading cause may have been at that time...6 months later I reach out to eddies and ask them if they can look at my brakes because i felt i needed to have another opinion on it. They were able to schedule a appointment for me 2 days later to get my brakes checked even though they were fully booked which they did not have to. I brought my car there 2 days later and they checked it in about 45 minutes and came back in to tell me some updates. Darren the gentlemen that was assigned my car was very up front about what was going on and the further steps that would be needed. He then had me schedule another date so that they could have a further look at my car to make sure that everything was in proper order and that nothing was going on. Every day i would call and ask how my car was doing and he gave me valid updates. I even asked him to look at my plate for my front bumper if they could place that on my car (which i would not have been mad if it could not be) he looked into that right away and gave me an update as soon as he could. He even brought my car to one of the big rigs that knows more about breaks and he was able to help figure out what the problem was. He went above and beyond helping me. Darren and everybody at eddies body shop that helped to contribute into looking at my car even when they were extremely busy is very appreciated. Thank you so very much darren! If i ever have any more problems I definitely will give you a call!!!

As always eddies did a wonderful job fixing my car! Had me set up with Pro Rent A Car and did amazing. Got a call today saying my car was ready to be picked up. Showed up and my car was crystal clean and looked brand new! They even checked my transmission and did a wheel alignment while my car was getting fixed! Beth was amazing thru the whole process!

I took my car in to get a quote on paint damage from someone in a grocery store parking lot. They were so nice and helped me with getting a claim filed with my insurance, getting a rental car, and they had my car in there and fixed up like new in no time! I highly recommend this place! From the friendly staff to the great results I give this place a 10/10!

My family and I have used Eddie’s Body shop for many years. The quality of their work is exceptional and they take great pride in their reputation. I would not consider letting another shop even touch any of our vehicles.

Giving one star because zero is not an option. Writing this review in hopes of getting a manager to call me back. My vehicle has been in Eddy's shop for now well over a month. When I first called Eddys, I asked if they worked with Progressive, to which Beth responded with that they do work with progressive. From the moment the vehicle was dropped off, they have not been able to give me an estimated time of completion. Which every shop should be able to do. Having worked in auto claims earlier on in my career, I know for a fact they can estimate when it should be completed. Every week I have to call Eddy's to get an update and when I call, Beth says the same thing,"I was just about to call you." Which is obviously a lie. She then goes into telling me that everything is going smooth. I then call back either same week or the next and then am told a new part is needed or that they received wrong parts. This accident occurred to the front fender and hood of the car. After a month they said they had to order a new fender. The main item that was damaged in this loss. They constant throw Progressive under the bus to which I call the Progressive Adjuster and confirm no contact attempts have been made from Eddy's to Progressive. Finally, I called last week and was told the car would be ready sometime this week. So having no faith in that being true, I called again Monday morning and Beth advised again that everything is rolling smoothly and that the car just needs to be painted, reassembled then sent to calibrations and car would be done. I stressed to her that my family and I need this vehicle back this week. We paid for a rental car out of pocket for nearly a month and now are operating on one vehicle. To make sure things are going as scheduled, I called again today 9/10/24 and Beth advised that there is yet another parts issue. She advises that they are having problems reaching the progressive adjuster. Immediately after that call I texted the adjuster and received a call right away. He advised that the shop has not made him aware of any issues.
At this point, I am not sure if our car will be done anytime soon. No estimated time can be given and we are getting no where. STAY AWAY from this shop.

Very professional shop. They worked with our insurance company and we had zero issues. Highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs. Ours was a total loss due to the extent of the damage but they worked quickly for the evaluation and responded to any questions we had. Overall a good experience despite the circumstances.

My 2020 Nissan Rogue needed extensive body work. Eddie’s did a fantastic job in a timely manner! I especially liked being updated several times on the progress of the repairs! I highly recommend Eddie’s Body Shop!!

Updated my review from 1 to 4 stars. Spoke to the manager (David) and he was very upfront and honest with me. It sounds like miscommunication with one of the service writers (I was told something would be replaced and it wasn't). David offered to take another look at the vehicle and go over it with me. He was very receptive to what I had to say. I will give them another chance in the future.
Had my wife’s vehicle repaired here in March of this year. Was supposed to repair and change the control arms, tie rods, etc where it was ditched in a hit and run. About three months ago after the repair a slight “wobble” would happen during a left turn at highway speeds. Turns out they didn’t replace the control arms in the front end like they said they would.
I hate that it is so hard finding a reputable repair shop in this county that will actually do the job right in a timely fashion. I’ve been using Eddie’s for over 15 years (before and after change of ownership). Definitely won’t use or recommend them again.
