The nicest employees, hands down. I feel good about supporting a local pharmacy rather than a huge chain. The staff cares about you, knows your name, offers the most affordable options, is super helpful, kind, quick, etc. Can't say enough good things. And I can't forget the ice cream!! Super yummy Blue Bell Ice Cream. Highly recommend Chase Drugs!!

I have been a customer of chase drugs, and they are very helpful with any need that you may have. They are fast with filling perception and any clinical service you may need. They are easy to find right on roane St (hwy 27) in downtown Harriman TN. I highly recommend chase drugs.

I am very torn about how to rate this establishment. Mike is very friendly and professional. I enjoy speaking with him. He treats me like a person and not just a customer. There is a dark skinned lady who usually works there and has worked there for years who is one of the sweetest and friendliest people who I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. But today they asked me to call my doctor about a prescription. I did, and when I called them right back, a different female employee answered the phone and refused to let me speak with Mike or relay my message to him. She was very rude and talked down to me and then hung up on me. So I called back and a female answered who sounded exactly like the one I spoke to before but said she wasn't and said that I was hung up on because I was cussing the first one, which anyone who knows me would tell you I have never said a cuss word in my life. I don't do that. I was simply trying to either speak to Mike or have her relay the message from my doctor, which she told me she would not do. I asked this other employee again to speak to Mike and she acted like she didn't want to let me, but finally did. I told him about her rudeness and hanging up on me and he made excuses for her and tried to say I was yelling at her, even though I had four witnesses in the room who would confirm that I was not, and he didn't say he would even address the issue. I have done business there since I was a child. All of my family does business there and we have never had these issues. But I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. I know this is somewhat contradictory, but I hope this helps someone make an informed decision.
