Fish Springs Marina is a top-notch boat dealership and rental company that provides exceptional customer service. The staff, including Thomas, Allen, and Michelle, have been praised for their willingness to go above and beyond to assist customers, even those who did not purchase their boats from the marina. The rental boats, including the 2023 Tahoe 200 horsepower TriToon and the 115 Hp - 25' pontoon (2018 Tahoe GT), are described as the nicest around, with the dock crew providing great assistance with boarding and unloading. Customers have had wonderful experiences renting boats for a day on the beautiful and spacious Watauga Lake, and they highly recommend the marina for both boat sales and rentals, as well as for the excellent service and reasonable rates.

The customer service here is unparalleled! We were stranded on the lake after a horrible storm and they answered the phone after hours and came to our rescue. I cannot thank this family and their staff enough. We are now forever Fish Springs Marina customers. Thank you guys!!!
