I want to share the extremely great service I received 7/26 from Beth! She was very busy but still managed to find a thumb brace that would work for me. Although she was by herself and busy, she still assisted me pleasantly. I highly recommend asking Beth for help!!!

My 80-year-old father just got it out of surgery and I drove to this pharmacy to pick up his RX. I arrived five minutes till 9 PM (they close 9pm) and they had already closed down. With the window being shut, I ran inside to see if I could catch anyone and not only had the pharmacy closed early, but the pharmacist and pharmacy staff had already left for the night. People rely on these services up to the very last minute. There is no excuse for this.

Moe, the pharmacist, told me he had called my old CVS in Michigan to get my insurance info. After he called me back to say they had the same info as he has, I called the Michigan location and found out from the pharmacist that their computers were down so he could not have verified the insurance information he claimed he had. Kimberly, from the CVS, stated that not only were their computers down but Moe stated that so we're his. Moe is lazy and inept. I asked for his supervisor and he refused to give me a name. He is extremely rude and stated, "Well...this is Tennessee and we do things differently than other states."

Constantly losing prescriptions, when there's an issue they will not notify you and unable to follow doctors instructions on prescription when it's sent to them. After a year of being patient and receiving my prescriptions weeks after they were called in, after multiple phone calls and multiple trips into the store . I believe its time to try Walgreens

We were waiting in the pharmacy drive thru. There were two cars ahead of us. As soon as the vehicle ahead of us left, they closed down for lunch. No sign, no warning! Pissed us off! If they had included information they were closed from 1:30-2pm for lunch when they texted me that my order was ready, or if they had a sign for cars waiting in line that the window closes at 1:30, I would have known and I wouldn't be complaining, but this was a bunch of BS closing the window after we'd been waiting in line several minutes! Would they have done the same if we were waiting in line inside at the pharmacy? Really rude and unprofessional!

This is by far the SLOWEST pharmacy I have ever been to and always has been. There’s no reason to sit in line for 15+ minutes with no movement/progress.

Little did I know that they are not contracted with my insurance and did not let me know prior to picking up my prescription. The message was written on the envelope for my husband to find moments after it was handed through the window! “No returns”, and package still sealed. It would have been nice to have been notified!They handed it through the window to my husband without disclosing the information provided on the package…$50 down the drain when it could have been paid for in full at another pharmacy.Not informative! Do not recommend this pharmacy. They blamed it on “new” pharmacy employees.Train your personnel! This is medicine you’re dealing with not a cheeseburger at a drive thru!Not professional and lack of communication.

Too slow, short of help, question their ability when I have to wait in line for some d*** a** to get a prescription refilled at the window. Let those lazy bastards go inside!

I have never had a bad experience in this CVS location. However the employee Cynthia needs to find a new job. I will never set foot in a CVS again unless to talk to manager. Cynthia was rude and told me I couldn't remove a sales tag to show her as if I was a child. She smirked and made smart remarks and thought it was funny. She will lose her job if it's the last thing I do. I'm also reporting the lack of care this CVS cares for it store. The drinks are never in stock despite me asking for months. Now I'm calling corporate.
