This place was fantastic to me, they took me in at 1030 for a 1400 appointment, had me loaded and down the road in less than a hour. Paperwork is left in the back of the trailer, it’s a total non contact place. Call, receive building and door assignment, and that’s it.

Arrive early 6 open docks was told no one was ready to unload me and to come back 15 minutes before appointment time.One would think no they would be happy that someone actually showed up early instead of late.Another place to add to the don't not take load list.

I showed up at 2:00pm for a 3:00pm appointment. I knew I was an hour early, but I live in Knoxville and advised the receiver that I had a sick wife that I needed to get home to. I was told that they had to wait and see if their 2pm appointment would show up or not, and then their 2:30 appointment. For me to come back in there at 2:35 or so to check in. Well their 2:00 appointment never showed, meaning they had an open slot to work me in. Still they wouldn’t do so! I would be willing to bet that their 2:30 appointment also isn’t here on time, as they still have not arrived with only a few minutes to spare! The appointment only policy is fine, many places have one, but this is way to strict, and these people should have worked me in! I mean come on, have a heart! Also, it was only 18 pallets and less than 5,000 lbs! Would’ve literally taken minutes to unload me!
