I used to say this was the best pharmacy I'd ever used. Not any more. I've never had so much aggravation in my life trying to get my medicine refilled on time, having it being consistently billed to my insurance instead of charging me cash messing up my order in some way. I dread each time I go to refill my meds but have limited choice due to small town no other pharmacy accepts new patients. Think twice before you get your meds here

I have gone there for years and would never go anywhere else. All staff are friendly, smiling and efficient. The pharmacist is on the ball! I have had many pictures enlarged and framed over the years that hang on my family wall. In short, they are perfect.

#42/2022 Greeneville East Tennessee between Knoxville and Johnson City /Kingsport. Ran out of a prescription on the road needed to get filled. Turns out here where the John Deere plant is in Greeneville I was able to locate one. Doing a quick search of the Google what the street I could see I was able to get my tractor in quite easily and it was easily truck accessible. So I came down here the parking lot is fairly small in the front but it wraps around towards the back of the building there's quite a bit of course Greeneville is kind of a smaller town. I walked in I was greeted it's a smaller store it looks big from the road but very efficient very clean walk back to the pharmacy I'd called earlier to find out if my prescription could get filled there and they had it in stock and they did have the pills and they said it'd be about an hour I said perfect. So when I arrived they were just finishing everything up everything worked out really good and I paid and was on my way and very courteous staff the pharmacist was very cordial. A nice small town Walgreens 24/7 never closes including the pharmacy except on major holidays I believe.

Love when a pharmacy tells you that a prescription that a doctor gives you is unnecessary and they refuse to fill it ? I quit using this pharmacy in February when a tech told me she “didn’t have the time or the manpower” to mix a drug for my sick infant. Doctor accidentally sent a script to them yesterday and I was told today the tech “didn’t have the time or the help” to grab a medicine from the floor for me since they refused to fill the script my doctor sent over. This is why I use Corley’s. Save your time and your money.

Staff is always helpful, and I have had the pleasure of being given the most affordable price for my medication without asking. Also, I have never used Walgreen's pharmacy's services without noticing the unequivocal knowledge that each technician/pharmacist provides. And I absolutely adore the 24 hour availability inside, AND a drive thru...I love this!!!

Long wait time, depending on the day depends on how friendly staff is, prices are never the same when picking up exact same bed.
