For the 3rd TIME in 2 months, I've tracked a package that came to this post office, then was loaded on another truck to be sent to some other post office instead of being delivered ! THREE TIMES in TWO MONTHS. This is pure LAZINESS to do the job that they get PAID WELL FOR !

I used to never have issues with getting mail here in town. Now that I've moved back in, I seem to never get anything on time. I'll get the notification in my Informed Delivery that something is supposed to arrive that day, but the mail/package won't arrive for days or even a week. Just today I was supposed to recieve a package and it says it's been delivered, but it's no where to be found. This isn't the first time this has happened and I live literally right off Main Street!

Absolutely the worst automated call center!! My package was delivered to the wrong address, and this isn’t the first time, and it is like trying to pull teeth to even put in to have it investigated!

The post office here in Greeneville is the worst I have ever had to deal with. If you have a large package, they will downright lie to keep from getting out of their car and deliver it. I ordered a baby indoor plastic slide for my grandchildren, and they said the porch was not accessible, I do not have a gate, I do not have any animals. No reason but they do not want to do a job that I pay for in taxes. I would be happy to pay more and never have to use them again.

Terrible customer experience when going to downtown Greenville location in person to ship large item. Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional employees. Save your time and go to a different office!!
