They closed down the entire place. Making everyone think that everything would be brand new spending a bunch of money on new vaccums and new spray bottle, dry towels, and new carpet machine. Instead everything was worse, more broken spray bottles than before, the towels were more wet, only 1 of the carpet machine works, and the vaccums are worse. I was in the middle of vaccuming my car and the vaccum broke in my hand.

I have been through a number of times and the running boards and the center of the tailgate never get cleaned.
This is my update to the ultimate shine car wash new equipment installation. I just went through with my car and was disappointed in the fact that the brushes on the passenger side of the car only touched the vehicle about half of the time. it seems that the driver side always gets cleaned better than the passenger side. Not sure that the new equipment has made any difference but I would encourage management to get the installation crew back out to make some adjustments on the passenger side brushes.

If you are a veteran or know a veteran please do not use this car wash. Prior to purchasing a membership I asked if it was ok to use this car wash with a carrier for a mobility scooter on my vehicle, I was assured by an employee that this wash will compensate for the carrier. Well it failed to do so and now I’m looking at thousands of dollars in damage and difficulty getting a disabled veteran to essential medical appointments. I was told that since a malfunction of the equipment damaged something aftermarket on my vehicle the wash will not pay for the damage they caused. This is despite an employee assuring me that my vehicle would not be damaged. I’m asking management to please do the right thing or publicly explain why you do not care about disabled veterans and only care about taking my money.

My car needed a real cleaning. It had been under a tree for weeks. The Ultimate Shine worker, Dezira J. Deserves a RED Shirt position. The business was slow for incumbent whether. Instead of just sending me through, she put some elbow grease into helping my car. She came to the end and made sure the care was done.
Excellent care from great people it’s not just a Car Wash. Thank you!!! ?

Go through here quite often to get the bird poop off. Half the time I go through there's still remnants of bird poop. For almost $33 and month, it's worth it for the fact you can go everyday but not worth it, Because your car's not a hundred percent clean each time 8 outta 10 times.....

Terrible, doesn't get clean in back, doesn't dry, vacuums don't have any suction.
