I've purchased several items from Robert's in the last two years. The people working in the store are very friendly and knowledgeable. The folks who deliver for them are very good at their job, too. I'm completely satisfied with everything I have gotten from them. I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs furniture.

My husband and I went to Roberts Furniture and mattress gallery to buy a lift chair recliner. Our sales person Terry was great. We told him what we were looking for and that we preferred something made in America. Terry showed us what he had and the selection met our needs and wants without breaking the bank. I highly recommend you to come and see what they have before going to other furniture stores. I will add pictures tomorrow when the light is better.

The guys here are super friendly and don't earn commision based so they really are there just to help. Honestly love the quality and their clearance section is underrated. Looking to get a chair there when I hit my goal and a really nice pillow to improve my sleep.

We couldn’t think Roberts furniture and Steve enough for all they have done! I originally went in on a Sunday and bought a couch, after getting home and looking at our floors I started having second thoughts as I did not think it would match the look I was going for. So I had my husband call the next morning to see about ordering one and if I could do that instead. They said yes, I went back to the store and they had an entire section full of samples. They were so kind and let me bring 5 of them home so I could spend a week seeing what it would look like with my other furniture, curtains, and floors! They also did not ask me to pay more for ordering and let me have it for the same price as in store. Plus it came in exactly when they said it would! He said 3 weeks from the day he ordered it and it was exactly 3 weeks maybe even a little early and just in time for Christmas! My husband and his family have always bought from Roberts and we are so glad we did. We will never be going anywhere else!

Best furniture buying experience ever. Walked in having somewhat of an idea of what I wanted and narrowed it down quickly with the help of Nathan! Love this place. Will be back soon when I need something else!
