The rooms looked newly decorated but are very small. The sink was not draining well.
Noteworthy details: Not worth the price. This hotel should be in the $60 -$80 price range for what you get.

I stayed here two times. Both times the room was on the first floor. The first visit was acceptable. The room was comfortable and quiet. The second stay the room was infested with fruit flies. How the cleaning staff didn't notice it was beyond me. Also, if they did a good job of cleaning the rooms, then why the fruit flies? I think I'll spend a little more money and stay elsewhere next time.

The manager Dawn and her assistant Joshlyn were extremely helpful and kind in helping me to make last minute reservations for a traveling work crew for our company. My crew was very appreciative to their kindness after their long day of travel and working. They had reservations at a nearby hotel. Those rooms were not sanitary for them to stay in. Quality Inns room were clean and spacious. The staff extremely helpful and friendly. Also, the hotel is in a easy location to access as well.
Noteworthy details: A extremely helpful and friendly staff that evening. The Manager on duty was Dawn and her assistant was Joshlyn. 5 Stars to their customer service.

I honestly dont know where to start. We stayed in Greeneville, because we had tickets at Bristol Motor Speedway and due to the popularity of the race, hotels were booked for miles around. We ended up paying $240.88 per night due to this event. We had reserved for a friday and saturday night. While parking, we already felt odd because the place looks pretty weird from the outside, and there was a group of folks sitting in lawn chairs smoking cigarettes right at the front exit. It turned out to be the manager/owner Dan Patel and his family. I went inside and got my reservation taken care of, Dawn Eason was the name of the lady workin. She was very nice, polite and seemed like a good person. Very friendly, but seemed a bit stressed & overworked. Went back out and got my luggage to go inside. This time we used the side door because it was awkward walking through what seemed like a family party. We got into the elevator and it reeked of stetson and BO. Hallways had an okay scent, not clean but normal I guess.. but when I walked into our hotel room thats when the fun started. The very first thing was the STENCH. Smelled like moldy blankets that sat in the washer too long, body odor and dirty gym shoes all mixed together. At 5 months pregnant that made me sick to my stomach for the entire stay. The scent seemed to get worse by the minute. I dreaded being there. The restroom had literal feces smeared on the wall. The toilet tissue in the room was less than half a roll, no spare roll. Towels had the same stench as the blankets, so showers were pointless. To flush the commode you had to first remove a rubber band from the inside of the commode... literally remove the top of it to remove the rubber band to be able to flush. The coffee pot had an inch of dust on it, from where they couldnt be bothered to wipe it down. The Air conditioner DID. NOT. WORK. It blew raunchy air, but the room was HOT. I had it set to cool at 72°, however hours later it was still 85° in the room. The hotel is "remodeled" but its more so lipstick on a pig. Yoi can tell the cheapest material and labor was used. Everything is grimy and flimsy. As far as breakfast went, that was a definite no. Eating in that hotel was not going to happen. Everything was just so dingy, and I wasnt wanting food poisoning. The owner and his family were wearing pajamas while they made their breakfast, which I found that to be very unprofessional and I wasnt going to partake in that mess. We opted for Chick-Fil-A. All of this and I still havent mentioned the BIGGEST ISSUES. Someone with a key card (who else, other than management/hotel staff) tried to access the room at around 4 am, only it was foiled because I was awake (due to the rock hard beds, the failing AC and the stench) and we also had the security bar in use so they werent successful, but it gave the vibe that they're used to people coming back from the races drunk to where the hotel managers can steal things like wallets or jewlery from guests. They played it off by handing me a printed paper reciept through the door. We left at 5:30 AM because the place was so awful we were just laying in bed wide awake. After we got home, showered and into our own beds we thought we were going to be able to forget our stay in Hotel Hell... that was until I went to look over my bank account 3 days later and realized that I was still being charged as if I never checked out before 6 am the next day! I was charged a total of $1204. Thats five nights. I barely stayed one night, let alone 5. Have disputed with my bank and tried calling the hotel, however the "manager" is never available. Looks like a drive to Greeneville might be in order. Overall, this is a 1 star place and Id rather sleep in my car next time.
Rooms: Absolutely disgusting, awful smell. Very dingy and grimy. Feces smeared on wall.

Probably one of the grossest hotels we've ever had to stay in as a family. Definitely would try to stay at another hotel if you can.
Rooms: The air conditioner didn't work, The floors were dirty with other people's hair and dirt, there were spiders in our room, the baseboards were dusty, behind their floating beds looked like they had never been cleaned, the bedding had stains, the bathrooms were somewhat clean compared to the rest of the room. We had a 2 queen suit and had a door sharing the room next to us which was awful because we could hear the people next to us and trying to keep our kids asleep with loud people next door and the entire floor was just miserable.
Walkability: There were a few fast food places within walking distance if you wanted to walk, also more but you have to drive down the road.
Food & drinks: Breakfast was very sad. The juice machine gave watery apple juice or bitter orange juice. The only thing worthy of the Breakfast was cereal, waffles, and yogurt. The dining area was very dirty and looked like it hadn't had a good thorough clean in a long time.
Noteworthy details: Stat at a different hotel. Point blank.

This place is to pricy, things are not what they seem to be believe me. I used to work here so I really know what goes on but only as people stay there as well as workers from outside of this place that work there. Only thing that is true is Dawn that works there is good person she does her job & helps out. You stay here there is either a lot of dust or trash behind the stand that good the microwave in it behind it you can move it away from the wall it self to see. Plus three pool is still not open at all. It has not been open for a long while now yet they tell everyone it's under renovation just it don't take over 6 months to do the renovation on it period. The lady name Tiah she is the manger her self right her just as well as her husband Dan. Tiah tells people that are needs to check with the manger there on things. No she don't because her self long with her husband Dan owns & runs this place together. So they make decisions but there self. Also yes if Dawn is not working there the phones don't get answered hardly at all. There is hardly no one at the front desk to help you hardly at all. So all that is said & very true of people things right here 100% ... Don't believe what you hear or read on the reviews about on things at this place at all from here or anyone..

To start off the bathroom has mold and bathroom fan does not work and they put a dehumidifier in the room instead of fixing the fan and me and the wife were there for 2 days 2 nights with that and no TV and the pool was closed even though their site shows a pool and the pool signs says pool is open 9-9 and they charged us $116 the first night and $140 the second night for a Monday and Tuesday so it's not like the weekend. But when we brought up the issues they kept telling my wife give us a few we will fix it and never did fix anything and then got a attitude with my wife when she said something again a 2nd and 3rd time. I am getting ahold of the higher ups and send them the photos and videos as well I took.

I’m reading a lot of the reviews and my stay was definitely after the renovations had taken place on the 1st floor, which is where I stayed. The lady at the front desk was very nice. However, the room itself, although updated, was disgusting. The cleaning crew slacked big time, the sheets and towels seemed washed, but I found hairs in them still from previous use. There was also hair in the shower and a used bar of soap still in there. The toilet also had pee all over the seat. Another thing that was odd was the curtains are the only thing not updated and they are falling off the rails. So staying on the first floor, we had minimal privacy. I had two littles. It was late when we checked in and I had already unloaded myself and two kids into the room, along with groceries. It was my fault for not checking before we settled in. We immediately checked out, and went next door to the Hampton Inn. Worth the extra $30-$40/night.
