They refused to run my insurance because in their experience, a nebulizer is always declined (quote). The woman didn't look anything up and had ZERO information on me before making that statement, she only looked at my prescription paper and said "nope". So I called my insurance to verify. Now I get to go pick up my nebulizer at another business since Oxycare was too lazy to just run the prescription. Oxycare didn't even ask what insurance I had!

Very fast and efficient in getting your orders out.The owner delivered my hospital bed personally with 30 minutes left till the store closed.Not only did he deliver it but set it up fully down to bed sheets.Told him I might need a bedside table as well and even with the shop long being closed he ran down grabbed on brought it over.You just don't find businesses that operate like this anymore big or small.He was very knowledgeable of his products and services and is a veteran so that's always a plus.When you call no phone tree you get a right to an employee of the shop and both girls i talked with were very friendly knowledgeable and gets things done fast.Do yourself a favor and shop local and small and support the this business you won't regret it.

Had a great experience here a couple years ago with them . My mother was temporarily living with me and needed a walker asap per prescribed by The doctor that referred us here and the woman that helped us here was extremely nice, helpful and professional. My mother surely got the help that she needed and I am forever grateful!

The lady I spoke with had straight blonde hair not sure of her name but she was very argumentative over everything I said. She was not helpful at all. I was returning equipment for someone else and she refused to accept anything I said. She basically called the person a liar because she didn’t want to believe what the doctor had told us.

So, I have an open wound on my right ankle, which seems like it is taking forever to heal, plus I only have one kidney, and I'm in Stage 4 Severe Renal Failure. I stopped by at OxyCare, to see if they had the bandages I needed. They did, and Mrs. Anita, was absolutely amazing, as well as the other staff. Not only did they have my bandages, but Mrs. Anita, said, when I started to pay for them, that someone had paid it forward for her today, so she was going to pay it forward for me. This absolutely made me cry of course. With everything that's been going on, between moving 700 miles, to get away from a very abusive relationship, to drs appointments and hospital visits, just goes to show how God works. I am so so very grateful to you Mrs. Anita, and the rest of the staff there. I HIGHLY recommend OxyCare Home Medical Equipment. Thank you all again so very much. May God Bless You All.
