I buy from Lowe's often. Many times I have been satisfied with the service and personnel at this Lowes. There are times when they frustrate me. Most of my frustration comes from either the checkout or customer service. Most of my trips to Lowe's don't require help of any kind other than paying at the register. I really don't like the self checkout being the only option at the main checkouts. I usually checkout at garden for that reason. If I have a problem I go to customer service. Sometimes customer service will have multiple employees and ignore the customer or seem put out to help. They could do better. I wouldn't have reviewed this store if I didn't think they had gone down hill and could do better.

I bought a refrigerator that was new but repaired as it had a faulty door latch. The Frigidaire refrigerator was said to be working properly. I asked the clerk who asked her manager about a warranty. She said, if I put it on my Lowes credit card, I would have a 30-day warranty. Otherwise, it's a 2 day warranty. I had to get someone with a truck to pick it up for me. Took it home, gave it a day to cool, and it didn't. Called the store. Had to bring it back that day. Couldn't---it was Sunday and no one with truck available. So, I had to contact my manufacturer's warranty. That's another story under Frigidaire. I bought this fridge on April 28th. It is now 6/24/2022 and I still don't have a working fridge. Do not buy from Lowe's!

Three days ago my sister and I went to this store so she could buy a new washer & dryer. The first choice, naturally they were discontinued and they "can't " sell the floor model... BS to me, if it's in fact discontinued why display something impossible to purchase!!! The LG set next to it was a newer model, they had NO dryer in store, they agreed to sell the new washer in a box and display dryer. Absolutely pristine condition, see pictures. Before & after. This damage WAS NOT done by the delivery guys. It had to have been done in the store by a powered lift. These items were refused upon delivery. Went to the store and discussed it with a manager... They offered to reduce the price... Ridiculous, why would anyone spend $1700 for damaged goods. Look close at the pictures and see if you'd buy this... This store lost 2 customers this week. My sister has yet to see the credit on her lowes cc. The account will be closed. As of the time I wrote this review... the returned items had not been processed. Complete incompetence in that store.

Their install group sucks as** very badly. I go to Lowe's a lot because I like and use their products. Was needing some doors for the house, had a Lowe's person come out to measure, he returned measurements the store the wife and I dropped in picked out the doors, which they didn't have on the shelf so they ordered. Got them in no problems, called said your doors are here, the installers will be calling in 48 hours. Month went by no calls we stoped by Lowe's what's going on we had to call the instal group then they finally called. They picked up the doors at Lowe's came to the house get this wrong size doors for the spot. Wrong measure or miss order. Well they reordered and we are not hearing from the installers we've called and complained short of asking for our money back. Going on since mid November and now mid February. Looks like as much as Lowe's charged for installation people would be out the next morning but no. Months later......."update" after more time waiting and we took the wrong measurements we went back a got a refund.......

We went to Lowe's tonight to purchase a charcoal grill. We asked an employee where the charcoal grills were and he said they did not have anymore. We walked down the aisle and found the grills marked down on clearance. So we took it the cashier who (after he yawned at us) rang up the regular price. We had to go find the sales tag and take it back to him. He then said to take it to the customer service for the sales price. He also stated that they weren't supposed to put sales tickets up until tomorrow. So the customer service girl was rude as was the cashier and never apologized to us...This store is horrible as far as customer service is concerned. Hopefully they will build a Home Depot soon here.
