I worked for Land Air a year no real issues I do dedicated north east regional ,I get decent home time as promised no pay issues only con there is no terminal up north where I'm located but other that that it a decent company.

Good instructor, more of an entry level orientation but overall not bad. I think entry level drivers and experienced drivers should be split up learning different things.

Going through orientation now. This seems like a great company so far. George is very experienced and shares his knowledge and is very helpful. Looking forward to working for them.
