Worst customer service ever experienced. Poor packaging and when called about my meat not being packaged properly. They said they would get management to call and never heard back from them.

Bought some steaks here today and we had them on the grill. Good rib eyes but wish they were a little thicker but good nonetheless. Had sirloins for $7.99 a pound. Good products at fair prices, will be back.

Bought their products 3 times so far from a third-party vendor. Taste is far above grocery store and prices are reasonable(well worth it). Highly recommend.

We purchased a half cow about a year ago. .the meat has the worst taste i have ever tasted in beef. Doesn't taste like beef to me...a wild taste and doesn't seem to be a consistent flavor in all of packages. We have tried everything to cover up the flavor...even putting lots of cheese on it. Horrible!!!

Harris County Meat was wonderful to work with. We had 2 feeder pigs proccessed 2 weeks ago. All employees were helpful unloading, filling out cut sheets and then calling us when meat was ready and assisting in loading into coolers.I spoke to Penny a few times on the phone & she helped me in the shop... she is very knowledgeable and friendly.The facility is clean, you don't smell the "processing" smell, they have a clear process of tracking your meat and you actually get ALLL you meat back compared to other butchers. Easy space also to back up your trailer.We got all our meat back and our cuts were exaclty how we asked them to be.Highly recommended!!! We will be back.Appointments can be tricky to get, but that's everywhere. But Harris will work with you and so friendly.
