I haven't even had a full experience with this company yet. I just called to give a lady name Hillary my info about getting me approved for a 2nd loan and talked to her about selling my house and which house me and my husband was wanting to buy, she explained every thing very well and was so nice and answered all my ?'s smoothly. I told her I was worried about selling my house right now and someone ending up buying it before I got approved for another loan, she explained to me how it works and that I could put my house on contingent to sell and that I had nothing to worry about. If anyone is looking to get approved for a mortgage loan or to sell your house, I HIGHLY recommend this company!
