I really love doing business with Linda! She has always helped me out and both ladies are so nice, sweet, understanding and supportive! They go out of their way to help you and I love their storage buildings. Plus when you open one up you get a free awesome lock. The price is great and I've had mine now for 5 years and I had 3 and down sized to 2. And she only went up in price once and apologized for that and it wasn't much at all. If you want a great deal with fantastic and remarkable owners choose Greeneville Self Storage on the Newport Hwy. next to Co-Op

The Staff and Service of Greeneville Self Storage are nothing short of spectacular. The unit was extremely clean upon move-in, and the staff was extremely professional and always ready to assist throughout my time. I was with Greeneville Self Storage for 2 years, and I honestly could not ask for a better experience from renting the unit to moving out. You all are truly the best!!

Best storage experience I have ever had. The managers are super friendly and prosessional and they made me feel very welcome to Greeneville. The units are clean and secure and the property is very well maintained. I wish all businesses operated as professionally and had such great customer service as this.
