This is my go to place to my nails done but had an apt for 2 so I wouldn’t have to really wait and they skipped me and took 2 walkins and I had been sitting here for over 30 mins past my apt. I won’t be back. Learn to be a little more respectful of peoples time!

I had my first ever set of nails done here by Leo. My first set lasted for over 6 weeks with no breaking . It was time for a new set and Leo again did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend him. He takes his time and makes sure all your nails are covered with color. He also makes sure that the shape and length is what you want. Thanks Leo for my beautiful nails.

Worst experience. I will NEVER recommend this salon to anyone. I left feeling demeaned by the staff and ripped off. I was rushed and made uncomfortable to make my selection, even though I arrived 10 minutes early to make it. Instead they hurried me into a chair 2 minutes before my appointment time. The nail tech next to my table proceeded to tell me I "looked tired" to start a conversation with me. I don't understand why. I tried to ignore him, but then he said it 2 more times before I had to correct him that its not appropriate to say that. He was progressively ruder to me through my visit. Then my nail tech cut my nail shape wrong, as well as, placed 2 of them crooked. When I brought it to her attention, the nail tech next to my table tells me it's my fault because my finger is crooked. She did not fix anything. Instead she continued to paint and seal them. At checkout, I learned of the $10 up charge because my nails were a little longer than medium. This is not posted on any menu anywhere so it was a great surprise to such a horrible visit. The crooked nails broke within the first 3 days of wear. These acrylics didn't even last a whole week. They normally last 2 to 3 weeks until my next fill in. Cheap product used here. Go anywhere else.

I’m just moving back to the area after being gone for 25 years and went as a walk in and was extremely happy with the service! Leo was great and the entire staff was very friendly! I highly recommend their service!

Did not have an appointment, but walked, the lady asked a few questions, took straight back and the gentleman that did my nails done a fantastic job. Just what I wanted. First visit but will not be my last. Great place

Since my nail salon closed a few months ago I have salon hopped and haven’t been to find one I like. Today was my first time at Golden Nails and I’ll definitely go again. They did a great job! I’m very pleased.

I had my first set of acrylics put on here. The lady who did them did a great job, I was really happy with her and the outcome of my nails. Unfortunately, I was a bit too enthusiastic about the length, and after a couple of weeks I couldn't take them and went in to have them removed. The guy who removed them ruined my nails. I should have stopped him from using the drill, but I assumed he knew what he was doing. Well, hindsight is 20/20, and weeks later this is what I'm dealing with. I can't even peel a sticker because my nails are so thin. They keep bending, ripping, and breaking. I figure I'm a week away from the rips causing bleeding.
