This food city grocery store is clean and well stocked, not much wait time to check out, friendly staff, good parking, and carts are in good shape. The prices are above average was the only reason for four star instead of five star rating.

People say that Publix is expensive. I beg to differ, Food City is expensive and their quality is much to be desired.I do buy certain items from here like their Food Club Goumet Blend Coffee, half & half, SNAPPS Potato skins, Kerns English muffins, FC pretzel rods.In the summer, their watermelon slices.Their meats are so marbled, not even woth buying. The fish has a distict odor of iodine.Sorry but there are other supermarkets to shop in and I prefer the other choices over Food City.

Expensive! What I get here is double versus Wal-Mart or any other grocery store for that matter. I do like their pick 5 meats for 20.
