Nobody here: neither vet, nor her staff have any passion or love for the animals, nobody cares about your pet. They are like robots, there is no humanity, it's just a job and it's all about the money, nobody cares about your pet and it's health. There is no mercy, no love, no care. Chose any vet but not not this one! It's not the original Duckworth who were always highly spoken about and had high recommendations. It's the new generation in the family running the business (yes, it's only about the business and your $$$, nothing to do with pet care/health). I am very sorry for them :(

I had my Australian Sheppard, Lidia spayed here. Great team. Excellent at answering my calls during and after her procedure checking on her. They completed everything I asked for before her surgery. So far everything has went well. We go back in a few more days to get her stitches taken out.

My vet I usually use and spend hundreds at but when I had an emergency with my cat was told “nothing I can do” luckily another vet near Walmart helped me. Won’t be coming back ever.

Booking my appointment was fast and easy. I'm pleased with the price they gave me for the service I need for my cat.

Horrible experience missed sever diagnosis . We had a rescue dog treated here that was in the care of a local couple that had found her running stray. She needed basic vetting done before transporting to our rescue in Massachusetts. She was limping and lame on hind leg. The vet at Duckworth brushed it off as an old injury and did not even look at it or do x-rays. When she arrived in Massachusetts our vet discovered she has a dislocated and fractured hip and femoral head. Whole hip looks like a crushed mess on xray. Needs total hip replacement surgery and has been walking around in pain for a couple of months. Who can miss this !? Will never use this vet again. No stars

I would never recommend this place. The vet came in and said it was fleas without looking at my dog. I would've paid for bood work anything. It is not fleas. I have eyes and use NexxGard. What a joke. Worst 40 I've ever spent. Money grab

This past week, my Aunt took her dog in for a nail trim. The lady takes him back, after muzzling him in the waiting room. My aunt wanted to go back, but the lady says "be right back" and goes on. For context, once he is muzzled, he stands still. My aunt hears him back there, howling and "screaming". A different person brings him back out, the receptionist. That's when my aunt sees how badly he is bleeding. On her. Her purse. Drops hitting the floor. Drops the size of quarters. No styptic powder put on the nail. My aunt asks to see the woman who cut his nails, and that request was met with "she can't. She is with another dog". My aunt, her dog, and one more person was in there. The lady tells my aunt to sit down with him, to stop the bleeding. Her reasoning was he was upset, causing him to bleed more due to fast heart rate. She tells my aunt there is no charge and that she could leave., as he was still bleeding and the lady was using paper towels to get it off the floor. Not the dog, the floor. I would think the dog would be more concerning than the floor. As of seeing him yesterday, he is licking at it. Won't put weight on his back leg. I was unable to see any part of his nail.Would NOT recommend, as I , too had a terrible experience there, same procedure, although my dog didn't like like a bloodbath when he left.
