This was my first time going to Brookfield as Mindy had a lifelong vet. Her vet was out of town so they referred me to Brookfield. I have to say I don't have the words to thank them for working in our emergency. Our girl was on the cusp of her 19th year. I was treated with such kindness. Very well informed of what was going on and not pressured to make any decisions I didn't feel comfort with. They didn't run unnecessary tests. They gave our girl her best chance at survival. In the end it was her time and they allowed me to come in after hours to be with her as we let her pass. I will forever be grateful for their kindness and compassion. Not only the vets but also the staff.

As long as I have been taking care of our Bella boo we’ve been taking her here. It’s always easy to call and make an appointment and very little waiting time in the lobby. The knowledge and experience they possess is very valuable. As a fellow healthcare professional I can attest to their continued dedication to providing the best possible standard of care, and as a pet owner I can give them nothing but the absolute highest praise for their service and efforts in ensuring our pups continued health and happiness.

They are wonderful, caring and attentive. Best vets I have ever had! My dog loves to go there and gets excited when we pull in the parking lot. They are also very reasonably priced!

The Howard's have taken great care of our little dog, Elvis, for the past 12 years. We recommend them to our family and friends and many of them now go there and are very happy with them.

I guess if you haven't been here for a length of time they consider you a new client. I'm sorry I get my animal shots for a cheaper price and don't have to pay an office visit. Sorry my animals haven't been sick enough to come here. Since we are considered new clients they can't take use because they aren't accepting new clients.

We WERE fairly new clients to Brookfield, so I guess we had not spent enough money there yet to be accepted for an emergency situation. We were rejected on Friday, July 21st, 2023 at 10:26AM, because they were ‘too busy’ and had ‘no openings’ to see my 8 lb cat who had just been viciously attacked by my neighbors two large pitbull mixes. She was barely alive and they could obviously hear the panic in my voice, but I guess that wasn’t enough to help our animal. I will never return and I will NEVER refer anyone to this clinic. Shame on this clinic for being so cold and never even offering help or advice.

I'm new to the area, needed to find a vet. Currently fostering my friend's 2 cats and one has allergies and needed a steroid shot. The staff was absolutely excellent and not once did I feel like a stranger. I knew I was in the right place when I saw baskets holding home grown veggies and fresh eggs for sale! Found our new vet!

Wouldn’t recommend this office to the worst of my enemies. Terrible. If you have an emergency, they’re “booked up”. I recommend Animal Medical Center behind Walmart. Despite being short staffed AND “booked” for a month, they WILL take any emergency.
