I can OCCASIONALLY find an item or two here. For adults. Never for my son. Boys clothes selection is terrible and the layout of this store makes no sense. Who organizes by color?! I never say "I need to go get the kids a couple of blue and yellows today" it's not a bad store and I can find a thing or so but its not my go-to place.

Absolutely horrible place! Old dinosaurs who have no will to help visitors to their retail outlet. Avoid wasting your money on all the junk other belk stores couldn't sell so, they send it to greeneville. Great business model!!! Not! Belk will follow Sears and JCPenney for retail stores that once were great!! Dump avoid this mess.

I loved my Belk store until it turned into Belk outlet. Now they no longer have the perfumes that I loved and my shoe size is seven and they are sold out of sevens! They told me they no longer sell perfumes there and I was crushed! I’ll have to drive to another town to a Belk store to find my Estée Lauder!

They don't listen to employees and don't take into consideration what they are saying u work there a while doing stupid stuff and stuff u ain't supposed to but go out of your way to help the other employees some will help back young ones will not. They stay on their phone all the time instead of working and us others take on their jobs that's why it's always a mess in there ppl can't find what they want and no employees around to help them it's insane in there I'm not just saying this I worked there quite
