In June of 2024 I was able to get a amanna washer and dryer and stove that I am very happy with since then I got some furniture and a bed I am very happy with .the sales people that showed me the stuff was very helpful Chip was the person that showed me the washer and dryer and stove was so nice to me that I went back the next week and got a bed and a recliner

We were warmly welcomed when entering the store. The staff very friendly and professional throughout purchase and were extremely helpful in preparation of wrapping and helping to load onto trailer. My hat is off to each member for their personable help

After a horrible ordeal with an online furniture company, that ended in litigation, my husband and I purchased a love seat for his man cave from Chayse.We loved the service we received and the quality of our love seat so much, I called Chayse back the next week and ordered an entire suite of furniture for our living room.I will only go to Badcock and deal with Chayse for the rest of the furniture we need for our new home.Great experience and best customer service I’ve had since I can’t remember.
