Approximately around May 2003 I took my 2007 GMC Yukon Denali to Bernard Bachman in Greenville TN for a realignment and possible replacement of the front ball joints of my front tires. I was also informed that my radiator/coolant system was compromised and also needed repairs. I authorized the repairs to the car's ball joints and radiator system. when completed, I was informed that the radiator had been replaced, but due to covid and supply shortages and shipping issues, an actual GM radiator was back ordered and another brand of radiator was installed, but to not worry as there was a warranty on the radiator. During the week of Feb 8th 2003 I noticed my vehicle was running hot and needed to have additional coolant added to the the radiator overflow reservoir . My vehicle also developed an oil leak from the cylinder head gasket. At this time the coolant leak was so severe that my engine would begin to overheat within 10 miles of driving. I took my vehicle to an auto shop I had used before and trusted, Kiser Auto in Greeneville TN. They looked at the radiator and said the bottom seam had split.\nI then called Bernard Bachman GMC and told them the radiator they installed that was till under warranty needed to be replaced. They said the would have to inspect the radiator to see if the damage was under warranty. I told them the vehicle was not drivable but they could send a rollback truck to come get the vehicle. I also suggested they send the radiator to Kiser and they could install the radiator. Bernard Bachman agreed with the condition that I give them my CC number and return the radiator for inspection to verify the defect. I agreed and then asked about covering the cost of labor. Bernard Bachman stated they would not cover the cost of labor because the radiator was not an official GM part. I reminded them that the part the replaced was the one they chose, and that actual GM parts were not available at the time. I also explained I was never told of that.

They send out scam cards promising big prizes. When you read the very very fine print at the back of their brochure, you realize that your prize is a $2-bill... which is not even listed anywhere as a possible prize. Ruthless and dishonest.

We brought our Cruze in because of leaking in antifreeze. Was checked and master mechanic there quoted $2200 in repairs. We actually paid that and got car back still with problem the same problem. Brought back 2nd time and was told water pump needs replaced. Had that fixed and still same issue. Brought back 3rd time and they told us the entire engine was shot with blown head gasket! This could have been found the 1st time we brought it in. Instead they took $2200 from us and then gave us back vehicle that needs a new engine. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Had the nerve to quote an additional $6100 to replace the engine on the 3rd round.

I would give them a zero star if I could! I have used them for car service over the years so when they sent me a contest in the mail I thought it was real. They told me I had one prize for 1000 cash. When I went online to register they said I DID one of the prizes mentioned. When I showed up after a 20 minute ride a salesman took me back and started asking me questions about buying a car. I was going to consider it but after he got all his info I asked him about the prize. He said we would look at it after the car buying. I told him I wanted to know now so he relented and went out and told me I had one a $2 bill!!! That was not even on the prizes on my card or online! Even the up to $500 cash prize did not fit the $2 prize because that was up separate from the now $2 prize not seen anywhere. I called him a crook and left. No 2 bucks or door prize which I didnt get either! They are running a scam , beware!!

They are good people to do business with and go out of their way to be of help. Their prices and autos are ok too. But the finance companies they do business with want to much a month for the payments of a nice auto. But they are friendly and clean . I like doing business with them as they do not make me feel I have been robbed when I leave there.
