Do not store your things here. Horrible management and owners. There have been multiple thefts and they do nothing about it and seems like an inside job.

Couldn't ask for a better place! The gate and lights are great for security and the customer service has been outstanding.

They don't deserve nothing they stole my stuff would not unlock the two units my dad rented so I could store my stuff n then they auctioned it off never any contact period .just plain out thieves

My daughter Coleen McGhee rented a storage unit from them and after getting all her stuff out she gets a email saying thank you for using volunteer storage you will be receiving your deposit back. Well that was back in May and she had tried contacting them and at 1st they would return her calls or emails and now she does not get any response from them and still almost 5 months later still no deposit. That is not a way to handle a business!!!

My wife's family in Greeneville have used All Volunteer Storage for awhile now and every time they need something management is there to help. They also love the security they feel while storing their stuff there.
