Well today went so smooth. Justin the property manager I think he is was so amazing. We had an issue with the gate not opening and it being memorial weekend, he dropped what he was doing and came to our rescue. He was not only very polite but such an amazing gentleman all around. We recommend mini mall storage for all your needs. He went above and beyond. This isn't my first time to ever get a unit here. However Justin was amazing. He deserves infinity and beyond stars. 5 stars aren't even enough.

Well it is like this if you don't mind allowing someone to take advantage of you then sure I would say this is the best place to store your personal belongings, but if your like most and unfortunately need to store things for whatever reason then this is NOT the place you want to do that at. They will publicly post a real good price and yes it is gonna seem better than the others at first but that's just to get you in then they are going to email you with this notice that officially starting your next payment the price goes up and when I say up I mean $74 a month to$123 call me crazy but that seems just a tad bit step of a price hike but like i said moving is stressful enough and unless your moving it to a permanent place you really don't want to have to move it again!! SO TAKE MY ADVICE AND RUN AS HARD AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE!!! (Not too mention they don't even have the dolly wheels it anything for their customers as the other places do and if you are one day late they are locking you out so there is no access to your belongings). Highly recommend looking into a different storage option!!!!!!!!!

This facility is now under new management. The new management has upped the rent; charged us for insurance when our file clearly showed we already had insurance; started charging ridiculous fees for payments, management, carbon, & facility just to pad the bill. There are better places to store your stuff. Don't give these people your money.

This was a mistake. I've set up auto pay three times in the two years I have been a customer. It never works...they love late fees...and don't expect any respect when you call. They'll play the "there's nothing I can do,"card. Everytime. Unless you personally know the owner, I'd go elsewhere.

The nice man I spoke with made my move in process so easy. Happy with unit i rented and the security of the facility. Everything is clean, and everything works. Happy they offered insurance and locks as well. I feel my belongings are safe here.
