I've always had good encounters in the past with sending out online returns etc. The woman that would be working would always be incredibly helpful and kind to me. Unfortunately today I had the pleasure of dealing with an older man who was incredibly rude for literally no reason at all. As soon as he came to the desk he was incredibly rude and offputting, like I was burden for even being there. I had a SHEIN return to send off. Per the instructions ON THEIR WEBSITE all I had to do was bring my items and the USPS worker was to scan the QR codes. The worker looked down at my two items and said "so how do you want to send these?" I replied "Oh, per my understanding all I had to do was bring them in and you guys handle the rest?" He huffed and puffed and snatched my items off the counter and started opening the bag and shoving one of the items into the others bag and rudely said "Yeah we'll that's not our understanding.". He didn't offer an explanation. Didn't offer a solution. Didn't kindly explain to me that I was possibly mistaken. I would have happily paid for/provided something to send my items off if I needed to. I never leave bad reviews. I feel bad for even doing so. I worked customer service for a while so I understand having bad days...but this gentleman had NO customer service. He was incredibly rude and hateful to me. Looking at some of the other reviews left for here, apparently rude employees are easier to find than nice ones. Maybe don't work a customer service job if the mere sight of a customer makes you irrationally hostile.

So I had the unfortunate experience of visiting this location today (8/16/23 at 4:07 p.m.) and encountered the rudest and most non personable postal worker I’ve met in DECADES! If you know the reputation postal workers have that’s really saying something. This was a middle aged white guy, wearing a purple shirt and shorts and he was collecting the mail from the drop off blue boxes at the street. It was admittedly just after 4 and I politely asked if I could hand him the two small packages I had (didn’t want to get in his way). He aggressively walks up to my car window and yanks the packages out of my hand (saying nothing), then turns around and SLAMS them into the postal crate while he uttered profanities (obviously aimed at me) under his breath. These were compact discs and it’s highly likely he did damage to the packages THROWING THEM which were valuable items I was mailing to a dear friend.Like seriously brother, you need to check your attitude at the door before you act like this toward THE PUBLIC. Maybe you were having a bad day, but you were the WORST human I’ve dealt with in ages. If a manager would like to review the camera footage to see that what I’m saying is true, review it and reprimand this guy! Or reach out to me here. He was pathetic!

I live in a community that has shared, cubicle type mailboxes. Recently had a packaged delivered for my daughters homeschooling and it was shoved into a small space, it was full of books only luckily but it could of had CCDs or such. I literally had to yank it out, due to being stuck. It was also in cardboard packaging. Do better!

I normally do not frequent the Greenbrier Post Office but today I did. I am appalled at how rude the front desk was. The man was not helpful, shook his head as I handed him the package that he made me tape up myself as he did for the guy behind me as well. He kept asking so who’s actually ready? As if we were not prepared and burdening him. I will not go back to this branch. In times like these the man should be appreciative he has a job because he really should not with that kind of attitude.

Nicole’s word “appalled “ is exactly how I would describe my reaction to the very rude representative, Chris Price at the Greenbrier Post Office. I have been to this facility a few times and this was the first time to have the WORST experience. Everyone else has been very friendly and helpful, “Chris” acted as if I was imposing on him to simply do his job!

Mailed a package Friday priority.supposed to be delivered Monday.thursday USPS says it still in transit to next facility. Why pay for priority if it's not going to be a priority?

They don't know when to shut the hell up and serve their customers. They better start handing out pink slips.
