Finally took my car to Firestone they fixed my brakes (they feel good as new) and I spoke with Jesse on the phone and in the store at drop off and he was extremely kind and helpful. “I came into this location 15 minutes before they were closing, with a nail in my tire that was practically flat. They were very welcoming & helpful even though they were close to closing. It turned out all 4 of my tires were bald & needed replaced and they stayed past their closing time to help me and make sure I was leaving with safe tires on my car. I couldn’t be more thankful this was the tire place I ended up at today! Kristen was extremely kind and helpful & the boys working were very kind to stay and get the job done. I brought my 1998 Honda CRV in because the muffler was making a loud noise ( I was told it needed a ' Flex Pipe".Caleb, worked with me on pricing and I was able to bring my HONDA back , they fixed it in a good manner of time and it was sounding so much better!
