Please avoid!!!!!I took my moms two cocker spaniels for a full groom here and immediately left when I saw the groomer use dollar tree v8,dawn, and Pantene conditioner on the first dog.Just for reference I’m use to dropping off and picking up. Nope the lady basically made me her grooming assistant but without payment. The first dog is nervous but what dog isn’t going to the groomer he wasn’t snappy just stiff. I’m not sure how she has business. After I had to hold him while she attempted to use clippers I had to carry him to the bath where I saw she was using DOLLAR TREE shampoo. Not only that the back room was absolutely filthy. Once she rinsed him off I told her I didn’t not want her to clip nails attempt to trim again, ear clean or do anything else I towel dried him and left with both dogs and gave her $20 for the half attempt at trimming and horrible bath. She proceeded to tell me that dawn,v8 and Pantene are what the vets use ? mind you I’ve worked at a vet and there is no way we would use those horrible chemicals.

Ms Gloria is amazing and cheaper and has been in Greenbrier for years! She always does an amazing job on my shihpoo!

Only does small dogs. Took aussie and had to help lift on table and tub. Got a poodle cut not aussie.

I have to give at least 1 Star... I'll start at the bottom? Don't know if she is a good groomer or not. I called for an appointment, told her my dog was a 40 lb Australian Shepherd and she said she was busy with small dogs. She should post this information on her website. So if you have a large or medium dog, don't waste your time.

If I could of put a minus star I would of. Would not recommend this place. She charged me more than quoted because my dog would not stand still. My yorkies fur is almost at skin on her chest. Not a good experience at all. Will not take my two dogs back.

At last! It's so nice to have a groomer who is kind, easy to schedule with, capable, professional and reasonably priced. She knows animals -- she loves animals, and my Jovie was instantly comfortable with her. There was a welcoming atmosphere in her place; so different from the chain stores that offer services at higher prices with much less qualified people. Plus, you leave ending up feeling like you made a good friend! Thanks Gloria.

I dropped off my fur baby to Ms. Gloria for grooming. The atmosphere was clean, calm, and quiet. My dog has very very thick, long fur. It takes a lot of work to groom her whether your use to it or not. Ms. Gloria had my Precious looking so fabulous, and she didn’t take long at all. The price was very reasonable as well. Thank you soooo much Ms. Gloria! I’ll be going back for sure.

Ms. Gloria is a God sent when is comes to grooming your pet. I had a very bad experience with Petco and she told me no to worry she’ll take good care of my puppy and she did. The moment I walked into the door it felt so calm in her building. I highly recommend her services!!!
