Linsay was great and helped me with what was needed and she was very friendly. Thank her for me for her wonderful help. Linsay was a big help with the question I had about my bill and I wasn't sure if it was set-up for auto-pay so I went ahead and paid for next month and when I asked Linsay she was just as helpful and friendly as the first time I spoke with her. Thank her again for her help and friendliness.

Rented a 10x15, 150 sq ft, it’s only 8’wide. 14.5’ deep. 116 sq ft total. Very deceptive in my opinion. Shorted 23%. Sure would be nice if they could just tell you what the actual dimensions are.

The ease of renting a unit and paying are great but unfortunately when we went to our unit to get the things we stored for our babies room, it was all stolen. Our unit had been broken into and about $5k worth of furniture as well as equipment for my business is gone that can’t be replaced.

So far so good. Unit was a little smaller than expected but I don't know sizes...lol..but was able to get all my stuff in there. Price was good also.

Had a leak, they made me move my stuff 3 rows over instead of coming to repair it same day. I grabbed all my stuff and went to the nicer one down the street. $125 a month
