I love this gym. It is small but they have done a great job trying to maximize space/equipment. As more females join, I’m hoping they will add a hip thrust machine. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because I have to move so many weights around in order to do hip thrust/kas bridges.

I am here almost everyday, this gym is where it’s at!!! Very clean, friendly, and welcoming gym!! The owners Nate and Kara are amazing. Nate has completely turned the gym around into a well functioning and maintained gym. Definitely recommend!!!

Very friendly staff and variety of workout equipment. My favorite is the fact they sell music city eats at this location. I go every day for workouts and meals! I love the new management!

New Blood ! Nate & staff are giving a real shot in the arm to a highly neglected gym. For the past 3+ years it’s been bad. I bought my own equipment trained myself & clients at my home. It’s really been upgraded to a gym that fits the needs of all.

The employees at the gym are always smiling and happy to assist you with anything you need. The gym is always very organized and clean. There is a variety of cardio, free weights, and weight training machines available. I love that I can drive 5 minute down the road to visit the gym 24/7.

The new owner (Nate) and his staff have come in and added new machines and equipment. They also painted the walls and hung some flags to give it a more pleasing look. This is a great place to exercise!
