“Definitely will be a repeat customer after my first experience ordering from them! First off, I made a mistake with my order and delivery method, they called to help me figure it out and were understanding that I was trying to deal with it at work. Then, on delivery day a few hours before I was supposed to pick it up, my radiator in my truck busted and I was unable to drive anywhere. I called to let them know and asked if they could just hang onto it until I could drive again. And they offered to deliver it directly to my house instead. I wouldn’t ever expect them to do this as they have a delivery route and understandably don’t have time to do this for everyone all the time, but I thought it was so kind of them to help me out like that when I was dealing with a stressful situation. Just shows they care about their customers, which is such a rarity these days. Being new to raw feeding and being overwhelmed by everything to begin with, along with having a busy schedule with my job where I work 70 hours a week, I very much appreciate how helpful and understanding they are. It definitely reduced the stress. My only complaint is they’re only open while I’m at work. But I understand that they have busy lives of their own. Hoping someday there’s a Clarksville delivery location that drops off a little later. Regardless though, I will be a repeat customer even if I have to leave work a little early sometimes to make it on time. Thank you guys so so much for helping me and my dog!”
“T&T is the best! Terry and Dianne are both helpful and kind, and they have an incredible selection at their feed store. I found T&T when I was looking for a healthier food to give my cats- they recommended Earthborn grain free cat food to me and even gave me a couple of free cans of wet food for my cats to try. I have been coming here ever since. My cats absolutely love the food I get from T&T and genuinely seem healthier and happier since switching. ♥️ They have a beautiful store, very kind people, and the products they carry are both high quality, and well priced. It’s a great place.”
