I am so glad we have someone in town to help package and ship. The gentleman here was very nice, not pushy and tries to help out the best way he can and ships at the most reasonable way he can. I highly recommend!

The owner has over 14 years of experience working for a large shipping company. He has every skill when it comes to shipping, and will make sure your item gets delivered safely on time. The owners also a stand up guy.This place is a one stop shop as far as shipping, highly recommended for excellent service.

Learned about this place when it was listed as a place where I could drop off a UPS prepaid package. Across the street from neighborhood, cool. Clean, personable, efficient. Wish more places were like this.

What a great packaging store. Extremely clean and well kept and the customer service was outstanding. Shipping my products across a few states and keeping it safe from the elements as it travels from one place to another and family being able to receive my package safe and sound, without any concerns. I will definitely be returning and using Music City Drop Pack and Ship.

I wanted something that was more personable when I wanted to create my virtual mailbox. I needed something without outrageous fees and with a company that cares. The owners were extremely friendly and made it feel more of an experience rather than your standard shipping store. If you want family friendly customer experience, go here for all of your shipping and office needs. You won’t regret it.

Brand new store, but 15 years worth of experience. He gets ya in, and gets ya out for as cheap as possible and he's very friendly while doing so. I'm just Glad i don't have to go the auto parts store or the screen printing shop to get my packages anymore.
