Terrible customer service. Tried setting up time to groom our dog. Very rude... don't recommend. Tried numerous times to setup a time but they were obviously too busy or not interested in new business.

Melissa was great with communicating. She took her time with my high anxiety rescue. She cares about dogs and is really good with them too.
