The design and assembly of their rocking chair has a plethora of problems:1. The back rest panel features two extruded slots on each side to act as pegs that mate with the preassembled sides. The slots are made too far apart such that they do not fit inside unless you either (a) trim the pegs smaller or (b) drill the holes larger.2. To install the seat bottom, four screw must be drilled in from the bottom. However, the lateral spindles are in the way to be able to screw the screws in. Also, the pre drilled pilot holes are misaligned.3. The instructions that were included pictured a different chair in a low lit black and white image. The picture of the screws that is supposed to identify which of the two types of screws go where is a literally an all black blank image.Long story short, do not buy this chair or any chair from this company. Spend your money elsewhere.

Ordered white porch swing. After 1year hanging completely covered under porch roof, the finish started to peel. When i contacted the company and sent pictures, I was told their paint warranty was for 6 months. Evidently they are quite aware that their finished are inferior.

If I could I would have not given them any stars! DO NOT BUY THEIR ROCKERS UNLESS YOU PLAN TO USE YOUR ROCKING CHAIRS INDOORS! I purchased 2 of their outside rocking chairs for $ 400 dollars on April 6, 2018 to sit on my front porch that is covered and both chairs the spindles have rotted! They offered to send us the rocker! The rocker is not rotted it is the spindle that goes inside the rocker sent pictures and was told that they are not made for the outside so we less you want your rocking chairs in your house DO NOT PURCHASE these!
