“I have been doing business with this store for over 30 years. Recently my husband had total knee replacement surgery and when we came home it was evident there was not a chair in our house he was going to be able to get out of, after sitting down. I went to Stewart Williams to look for a lift chair, this was a Tuesday afternoon about 3:00 PM. There were several on display and the prices had been reduced. I found the chair I wanted and had it paid for within 15 minutes of entering the store. I explained about my husband's surgery and the need for this to be delivered to my house, which was close to the store, as soon as possible. Joe said he would call me by 4:00 PM to let me know when it could be delivered. At 3:45 PM the delivery guys, great folks by the way, were at my door with the new lift chair. Thank you to Joe and the staff at Stewart Williams for being there in our time of need.”

It’s been a real pleasure to purchase over $15k furniture from them this spring. Dealed with Austin in particular, but everyone has been extremely friendly, yet professional, and the shop itself proved to be my number one choice for future projects. The timeliness of the deliveries, the price deals, overall the whole experience with Price Point has been 5 stars. Unlike other big competitors names, I’d rather give the business to a smaller shop where I’m not treated like a credit card. I hope Austin is recognized and rewarded for his amazing customer service, sales skills and follow up to make sure we are taken care of. Thank you for everything!”
“I will say that Tina is absolutely an amazing Sales lady. She answered all of our questions thoroughly. The only issues we did have is delivery. I do think that this store should hire more people to deliver furniture. I also realize how hard it is to find good people that want to work. My furniture was to be delivered on Friday, well Friday rolls around and they told me it wasn't going to be delivered. We made such a fuss about getting it delivered because we had 5 kids sitting on the floor. They did bring a driver out and he was amazing. However, my husband and teenage son had to help him bring everything in. Again, I get it. People don't want to work. Was a good experience overall though. Just please hire more help.”
