If you're going to constantly lock up cards on online purchases you need to have a 24 hour phone line to unlock. Would not recommend this bank to younger people who do online shopping.

Super friendly ,fast and courteous. I do my business banking there and i have never had any problems with the personnel or transactions. I highly recommend banking there.

NO CONVENIENCES AT ALL !! RUDE TELLERS !! I SUGGEST BANKING ELSEWHERE .. It's sad that tey will let their employees be rude to you and run their business off .. I called to get my balance and was on hold for 22 minutes so I drove up there while on hold . When I got there there were no customers inside or in the drive-thru . The teller laughed and said that she forgot that I was on hold . The manager just made excuses for them when I talked to her . All around bad experiences with these ladies .

Unless you're a man, these girls definitely will not be the ones to want to help you. Worst bank experience ever. Just an absolute joke at this branch.
