Truck got towed out a lil after 10am on Monday and by 9am on Tuesday my ride was ready and they were very professional and drakes will get the job done in a timely manner and have you back on the road in no time. ??

Had my vehicle towed due to the snow/ice storm that came through last week that rendered my vehicle immobile on the shoulder of the road. Was informed by the RobCo police that I had 3 days to get my vehicle before it was towed, yet mine was towed off on the first night. I was charged $250 for an 8 mile tow, and feel completely taken advantage of. The service claims the price was due to the fact they “had” to go out late at night and get my vehicle. I reluctantly paid, half in cash and half in card, only to find out a couple days later they still charged the full $250 to my debit card. I was able to get my money back, along with a half hearted apology and fake smile. Appalling customer service.
