I have been here on many occasions. I have seen Dana King, Charly Taylor and received excellent care in a professional manner from both providers. They are very caring. The first time I saw Dana was when I had a severe reaction to my second Covid shot. She got me thru that and on to good health. I continue to go there to keep check on my health. They also have an excellent nurse, Michelle, who is the best at drawing blood without hurting you and calls you back if you have questions or to review lab results. She is also awesome. It is hard to find caring health providers, but I am thankful to have found this group.

Love this office! Dr. Dana King and her nurse Michelle Henley are an amazing team! They really care about all my health needs! They make the time to fully answer any and all my questions that I may have! Very attentive, kind and professional! Greatful for this office! The secretary is amazing as well!! Greatful to be a patient here! ?

It is impossible to contact the office directly. They scheduled a sleep study for my husband didn’t tell us and then scheduled an appointment with a different location and didn’t tell us. When we called to get more information about the results of the test their only response was “he cancelled his appointment”. It’s hard to cancel his appointment if you don’t know you have one. ??♀️

Waited 5 weeks for an appointment. Numerous text and calls from them for 3 days making sure I was gonna be there. Afternoon before appointment at 3 I received a call telling me doctor has to reschedule, really? Because I have already scheduled a day off work and I can guarantee if I had not shown you would be expecting $. Lessons learned, want be doing any business with this office ever again!

I have been a patient, for probably 20+ years. I have tried over and over, to call about an appointment, a all I get is the run around! It's pathetic! No one will answer the phone! What the Hell? If I ran my business the way they do, I would go out of business! It's really, pathetic!!!

I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to get help here if their life depended on it. Ignorant doctors and some unique nurses or lpn or whatever they are don’t listen and please run away. If you value a loved one then please do not take them here.

I had an appointment on a Tuesday, Tina and Nurse were absolutely amazing.. Thursday I had an extremely infected ear infection - my face, eyes & ear swollen shut on the right side. I called the office for 4hrs and no answer, no call back. I showed up, they said oh sorry closed for lunch.. I came back, was seen in my truck on the left side for a right side problem, not by a doctor.. they sent a prescription to Walmart. Friday I woke up in so much pain I could barely move - No answer all day at Greenbrier office, left message, no call back.. I began calling Whitehouse Office because I was in so much pain, no answer no call back. I called White house again Saturday, nothing all day. 3:45pm a lady finally answered said oh well we are getting floors redone so I didn't hear your calls.. said oh well we are closing now so you have to go to ER - This is a $1,500 cost, but I could have seen a doctor if your patients health was a priority over floors.. maybe answer your phones.. maybe return messages. We are 12days in from this ear infection, I can barely hear out of it, and yet not one person has called me back. I will never return to crossroads nor would I ever suggest anyone go there. They showed me they do not care about patient health whatsoever!

I walked in and started filling out my paper work when called back very quick service but also very friendly and warm staff. They made me feel at home there in amd out within an hour tops

Had appointment at 2:45, 2 other people in waiting room when I got there. It is now 4:52 and still no doctor yet. What would happen if I showed up 2 + hours late for my Appointment and this isn’t the first time this has happened. It also happens to my wife when she takes her mother here for her appointments. Not at all happy!!!!!!!!

So my original review was one star, but they were very quick to reach out and fixed the issues I was having. So overall I do intend to continue using Crossroads medical group.

These people are the absolute worst care givers known to man. You will never get your results back for a lab test, they never answer their phones. God help if you have covid because they will make you wait in the car till it kills you.

I don’t recommend this place for anything at all, most unprofessional DOT Physical I have ever received in 20 years.
