Me and my daughter went here today and as soon as we walked in my daughter was very comfortable and wanted to walk and everyone was so nice and friendly and showed me and her around and it was great and I was like this is definitely the place for her. Very clean and well organized

When we first came into this day care we absolutely loved it, up until a couple months ago. They constantly said our child physically would hurt other kids without reason, however; the recent teacher doesn’t believe in time outs or discipline really. We had a conference with the director and the teacher and they gave my child ten days to change his behavior. At the conference, the director said he was behaving badly for being behind in his speech and gave me a number to call to help get him into speech therapy. She gave me a number for a school with children with special needs. We loved the day care until we got into this last classroom. It seemed that the teacher was sure to record our sons bad behavior every 15 minutes instead of help guiding him since he is TWO and needs to be taught.

I have worked at Calvary for years and it is an amazing place to work. They are so understanding on my school schedule and are always finding ways to show teacher appreciation. They know how to put the kids first and how to add fun into the daily schedule. The curriculum for the kids is hands on and exciting every day. Definitely worth the price to have your children in a great place!

Don't put your child here. My child was sick 9 times in 4 months with various viruses, hand foot and mouth twice and would come home with the bottoms of *** feet dirty from the floors not being cleaned. (*** was rarely ill at *** prior daycare) Cleanliness was a huge issue, you could see the smudges all over the floors and the place always smelled like a bathroom. My child choked on food from the facility provided lunch and I was not notified until the next day when I asked why *** shirt from the prior day that had been bagged up and placed in *** bag appeared to have vomit all over it. My child had a serious goose egg on *** head and I was not notified to come pick *** up to evaluate the injury and decide if *** needed to be seen by a Dr. Noone could tell me if they followed any concussion protocal just in case or even evaluated ***. I got two different stories as to what exactly happened. When I picked *** up, the wound was bleeding and was not covered and *** was playing with other children in the room with fresh blood on *** head, which is a major issue, blood could have gotten on other kids/toys. We left and NEVER went back. I was never contacted one time to check on my child to see if *** was ok or if we were coming back. I would not let this place keep my dog. It is a very poor representation of how a childcare facility should be run, especially being "Christian", I would expect much more from them. IMO if they really cared they would have checked on my child.

I have had my kids enrolled at this daycare for over 4 years. Never any issues till this last week.. teachers come and go. Absolutely no consistency. My youngest son went from no trouble to this last week me getting a phone call EVERY single day telling me that i needed to come pick him up. I will not defend my strong willed son, but to send me an email at 7pm on a Friday night telling me he was unenrolled when my husband was there at 230 to pick him up and we could have had enough notice to call some daycares. This place has definitely went down hill from where use to be. They will be lucky if they get their last check on Tuesday, beings they didn’t have him much this week anyways..

My son attended Calvary Baptist preschool for almost one year, no issues, no reports, he just turned 4 had one incident one report, the next day he was dismissed with no notice. Because when I recurved the phone call the Director Brittany was panting out of breath, saying it was an emergency to come pick up my son now, so as a mother I am thinking oh no what’s wrong like can’t breathe or hurt, no he got into with another child, and he was screaming at the teacher to let him go and I asked her if she was holding him down she said no, I didn’t believe it and then spoke to the pastor about the situation and he had no comment but dismissed my child. Very disgusted with the situation. Prayers that no child is in harms way of any staff that works there.

The daycare had a constant odor to it. Never once smelled clean, there is no structure for the children. My daughter went there after school and basically they just let them do whatever they want. When I would go in to pick her up they were usually on the playground and the room was left in a mess. There was always food laying around the room, toys all over the place, and I always had to walk around the room and search for my daughters things. I was not once asked who I was there to pick up. I don't recall seeing the same person twice and not one person was concerned with me coming into the daycare with no id or clue as to who I was. The lack of communication from the teachers to the parents about my daughters day is just unacceptable. My child was bit or stung, no one informed us about it. I should have trust my gut instinct after walking in, this is just not somewhere I want to leave my child any longer and I would highly suggest finding anywhere else to take yours.
