Ruth and John Martin built my modular home near Mountain City. I had a very rocky lot, which was challenging for all involved. They did an amazing job with my home, stayed in touch with me every step off the way, and were always professional. I would let them build for me again if the occasion arose.

I think I would rather remove a hemorrhoid with a rusty spoon then deal with Ruth and Suncrest homes. She is a liar and cheat.She stole.fro. me and promised the worldD. She is an evil lying woman.

The owner cant tell the truth if it was in front of her. She lied to us over and over and refused to fix the damaged house that arrived. The manufacturer indicated that she gets 10% of the house just for repairs. She asks for pictures of the home, but won't repair it. I believe, but I can't prove that she is billing the manufacturer for the damage and leaving the new owner to make the repairs. She left us with broken doors, a broken tub, and trash the size of a swimming pool,. The window was smashed, the sizing was ripped off, and she just says "Well, you're lucky, the homes are usually in worse condition.
