The dryer on automatic car wash busted third brake light. I left a note with my name and number as directed by the sign. That was 3 weeks ago. Cost me $300. The fact nobody has called me is not an acceptable business practice

I'm sorry to post a bad review, but I can't find a listing or a phone number (that works) for Mark's Car Wash on South Greenwood Drive in JC. Don't know if this owner is the same or not.Anyway, I paid for the ultimate wash today (7/16) ONLY because I wanted my car dried--I don't care a bit about all that other stuff. But, the air dryer was not working. Came out with a wet car and when I dried it off at home, my towels got dirty, so apparently the wash was not working well either. I'd like a refund, but don't know how to reach anyone.

Needs to stay fixed I spend alot of money there I've also lost alot of money in machines that look fixed but don't work ligh carpet spray and carpet cleaner

I stopped there on Sunday on my way to church to get my car cleaned. I picked the most expensive option, the works, inserted my credit card and was instructed to enter the wash bay. All I received was the first rinse and then nothing! The machine stopped moving so I sat there and waited and waited, but, nothing! All I got for my purchase was a rinse, a complete waste of money. Lady came up being very rude as I was cleaning the plastic bottles from my car telling me the trash can wasn't free. I had my money out to vacuum with as she kept being rude so I decided to leave. St that point she blocked me in and a younger girl got out calling me a bit h. The older lady had a broom and was acting as though she was sweeping me away by brushing my legs with her broom. I wound up calling the law on them. Very unprofessional service.Service: Vacuuming

Normally love this place, but it’s not being maintained I feel like. The trash cans are completely full and all over the ground, half the vacuums don’t work and there’s no way to get a refund. Their vacuums are really powerful and the self service car wash is also a lot better then most around here. There is also no way to contact the business, as they have no working phone number.Services: Interior vacuuming

Easy in and out car wash... I like the fact that the vacuums last a good while; however, I do wish they weren't so wide .. cannot get under the seats good enough & they are cumbersome...Services: Car waxing

This is a good car wash it's clean reasonably priced and everything works good! Vac has good suction , high pressure wash, they also offer carpet cleaning and air fresheners

Nice car wash, up to date, The vacuums are the only downfall, they don't work well and 8/10 times it has taken my money and not worked at all. Also the vending machine was not working last time I was there. Those improvements would make it 5 stars.
