“My washer is broken and I've been to a couple of laundromats locally in the interim. I can't say enough good things about Pit Stop Wash Center. The whole time I was there the ladies were cleaning. They swept, cleaned the bathrooms, were dusting the appliances, and cleaning them. They were both pleasant and helpful. The facility is clean and obviously in the process of being freshly painted. My clothes smell fresh. The vast majority of the machines were in order. I drove several miles out of my way to try it based on the reviews, and I'm glad I did. It is a gem among local laundromats.”
“I could not be more pleased with the Cleaning Center!I had a few stains on a dress I had bought & needed it cleaned for a party asap!I sent it in Wednesday evening & got it back Friday morning! No one else could guarantee me that it would be done in time. Not only that but they removed all the stains. The lady I spoke to on the phone and in person was amazing and great customer service! “Honestly, this is probably the best laundromat in the area. If you were on this side of Johnson City or near Jonesborough my first experience coming here the biggest washing machine which was about nine dollars decided to stop working on me after I put all my money in it. I was very stressed so I emailed the company on the sign that says if you have trouble to email they got back to me immediately and refunded my nine dollars within the hour, no laundromat can be perfect because it’s up to the people who use it to make it what it is but I think the company does The best they can to provide clean and good services”
“I give it 5 stars mostly because it's the only laundry mat in Kingsport that actually leaves the bathroom unlocked so their customers can use restroom if need be.. I mean I get why the owners feel like locking it is best but they need to understand that as paying customers we should be allowed access to the bathroom.. Most of them started locking them up cause of homeless ppl using them to bathe in or do dope in..”
“They are working hard to keep this place clean and safe. Much improved since I was last here 2 years ago. There are some machines out of order, but they are well marked. I was able to wash my laundry and get in and out in a hour without a problem. Prices are higher than some places, but to have a safe spot with wifi, I’ll take it.”

“Bought the pureAir Solo and the pureAir 1500.Both are fantastic products, the 1500 leaves my house smelling like the ocean. I suffer badly from allergies and often struggle with sleep due to this, but thanks to the 1500 my allergies have subsided drastically due the clean air. I can honestly say this is responsible for helping me have a much improved sleep routine.The solo is a great little device that only compliments the work that the 1500 does, wearing the solo out in public keeps me feeling fresher and again has massive benefits on subsiding my allergies.”
