Pure Wash Pro not Pure Wash ProX2I have sold many of these units in the last 10 years. I also installed one at my home as I have a problem selling something I do not use myself. After several years of use I was going to the kitchen late one evening just minutes before going to bed. I noticed water coming from the laundry room into the kitchen. After turning off all the water I found the leak was internal in the Pure Wash unit. After disconnecting it I found the leak in the middle of a pipe, not a joint inside the unit.I contacted Green Tech Environmental as they are the builder of the unit. We have also contacted them many times for warranty issues in the past as a dealer and had good success with that. After explaining my issue they ask me to send it to them at my cost. When they got the unit I get a call telling me my problem is water pressure. I informed them that not only do I have a pressure reducing valve on my system I also have a pressure tank to prevent spikes in pressure developing from the hot water heater. The lady tries to make me look ignorant and stupid all at the same time and that it is all my fault. After informing her that I am also a certified plumber and I have experience with water pressure she began to back of just a little. My whole reason in contacting them was to see if there is an ongoing problem since I have installed hundreds in homes in my area. I wasn't asking for damage relief or responsibility for the damage, I just was concerned for my customers. And all I get is that it is an older unit and my pressure caused the problem. My pressure is set at 45psi and the unit is good for pressures 40-70psi as stated in their own installation manual. I was offer an opportunity to buy a new one, but who would? And I still have one in my store new that I bought at wholesale and she insults me wanting to sell me a new one at retail, to burst possibly when I am not home. Luckily, I caught this one before going to bed and it hadn't been leaking for more than 30 minutes. Had I of woken up to a bigger disaster things would have taken a different route and may have gone completely side ways for this cheap made piece of plastic.I just looked at the installation manual for a new Pure Wash ProX2 and guess what I found? Quote:"Turn Off Water During Non-UseIMPORTANT: To avoid possible property damage due to flooding, turn off the watersupply to pureWash ProX2 during periods of nonuse. Operate your washer andpureWash ProX2 only when you are at home. Set the in-line ball valve on the watersupply input to Closed/OFF whenever the unit is not in use."Imagine this. Wonder where this came from? And who is going to turn off the water each time they use the washer? Can not and will not under any circumstances recommend this product moving forward.

Bought the pureAir Solo and the pureAir 1500.Both are fantastic products, the 1500 leaves my house smelling like the ocean. I suffer badly from allergies and often struggle with sleep due to this, but thanks to the 1500 my allergies have subsided drastically due the clean air. I can honestly say this is responsible for helping me have a much improved sleep routine. The solo is a great little device that only compliments the work that the 1500 does, wearing the solo out in public keeps me feeling fresher and again has massive benefits on subsiding my allergies.

I put the Pure Air 1500 in my basement that houses a dog kennel, laundry, hot tub and work area. Always a mix of odors permeating that level. I set it on the second setting for activated oxygen and now there is always a fresh smell. Love it!!

They make excellent products for businesses, schools, homes, and personal use. The products they sell are constantly being improved, likewise, the company is always improving. GreenTech is expanding to meet the needs of a world gripped by pandemic, and their manufacturing of air-purification technology is doing just that.Excellent place to work. Employers and management are great people, as are the employees and co-workers.On a personal note, they are the first company I have worked for to make time for a weekly devotional, something I found very virtuous and invigorating for my spiritual wellness.

GreenTech makes air purifiers and laundry appliance aids, among other things. I (dubiously) purchased a pureWash system from them that consists of a box that you hook up to your washing machine. According to the data I read, the pureWash oxygenizes your water, which makes it so you can do every wash on the cold setting (saving energy) and with little to no detergent. I say dubiously because it seemed too good to be true, but I figured if it didn't work, I'd return it. Well, it worked! It was actually spectacular. My energy bills went way down and so did my shopping bills because I used very little detergent. A year and a half after I bought it, it got a leak and I contacted customer service knowing it was outside the warranty to ask what they would recommend. Despite me telling them when I bought it, they could not have been nicer. They obviously really care about their product because they paid for the box to be sent back to them so they could basically autopsy it and make sure it wasn't defective in any way. They also sent me a FREE replacement immediately. I was beyond impressed. I also got an air purifier from them - the Pure Air 50 small space plug in purifier. There's no maintenance or filters so it's very environmentally friendly. I use it for the guest bathroom and - surprise! - it's awesome! I love it. It ionizes the air, too, so it keeps the bathroom smelling very fresh.

DO NOT BUY THE AIR PURIFIER!!! I just bought this at a home show. What a scam! The salesman, the brother-in-law of the owner, was a liar and a fraud. The machine produces a horrible odor, and the machine isn’t safe for those with asthma. The odor is so bad, even on low settings, that it can’t be used.
The salesman said how good it would be for me, but these machines are BAD for those with respatory issues. He said that unless we had a panic room made of steel, the machine would work through walls, but when I got home and checked the website, it won’t even work between rooms if I close the bedroom door. He also said the model on Amazon was inferior, but it’s the same model number he sold me, and it was $200 less than the “home show” price I paid. He lied about features and pretty much everything else.
DO NOT BUY this item. I doesn’t remove the odors and will make you sick with the smell.
