I always love the assistance that work there. They are always very pleasant and helpful with any questions or concerns even concerning your points for how much you get off your gas per gallon. Every Wednesday is triple points off which is .45 cents off per gallon of gas! I would recommend the food City gas n go to anyone!

Tori in self checkout got a big attitude because I asked her if she had to add a bag of ice for me. I asked specifically for misty mountain ice which is one size bag not a small of large. There’s only one option but she got a attitude and talked to me like I was stupid. I told her to not even worry about it and ended up getting another employee to help me with something else. It’s really not that hard to treat people with kindness.
