Cashier has been very rude our past three visits to the store, hates her job apparently. Always walks away when you come in the store and usually is outside smoking. Shelves are never stocked. Haven’t been in several weeks. Will not be back, I don’t care if it is 2 min from my house I would rather drive somewhere further away instead of being an “inconvenience” to this cashier.

I walked into the store in an attempt to trade in a propane tank. The cashier says you can't bring that o side. My response was I did not know that. She says it on the sign. She was rude and inconsiderate. It literally says stop drop and go. I thought she may want to see it before a trade in. Oh well so much for customer service, now days it sucks.

I cannot get no one to ring me up today 9-1-2023. I Cashier told me that the Employee check out Does not work and That I have to use self check out. While the employee watches me do it. Do you know how insulting that feels. To have someone watch you to make sure you don't steal. I don't want to ring them up That's their job. I work my job to pay them for the groceries to be ring up for me. To be forced to use the self checkout. Do I not have the right to ask for a discount? Since I'm having to do the work that I supposed to be paying you for the service to do.

Awful, Awful and Awful DG store ever, The “manager “ knows nothing about the store regulations and is a manager. the worst customer service I ever see. I will never buy from that store again

Worst dollar store around! The employees are always so rude and never wanna help you!! Just go a few more miles and u will find another one their is 3 other Dollar generals within just a few miles in each direction so I would definitely go to one of those if u want good customer service and also they NEVER keep things stocked!!

Nice staff, new larger store, pretty well stocked. Staffing issues sometimes delay shelf stocking but they try.

Extremely messy, almost every isle blocked with boxes, carts, and clutter. You couldn’t take a shopping cart down almost any isle. Dangerous and definitely a fire hazard.

Worked here awhile ago.Yes it's a cluttered mess in the back even when the front is clean.Manager makes his employees clock out at a certain time even if they're not done working. Very illegal.

Extremely messy, cluttered, and half the isles were blocked with boxes. Had to wait a good amount of time for someone to check me out, and the second self check out was also blocked with boxes and someone was checking out a over a carts full worth of items in the other self check out. The associate who did finally appear was rude and not very professional.

I stop here all the time... I just am a bit sad that's I bought something and I left it there.. I called when I got home and they said they would keep it in the office and next day I come in when I could and they had put back on the sales floor..... ?
