“I got my car back they had thrown away the pices that went under the hood . The front quarter panel was cracked. I had to take it back in they had to order the parts that were thrown away. They did replace the front quarter panel but chiped another part of my car and would not replace it and it wasn't broken when I took it in there. Would not recommend them. If you do take your car there take pictures of everything and check everything as soon as you get it back.
I wanted to up date my review because they got back in touch with me and replace the broken part. They did it fast. Thank you”

“I recently took my Genesis in for repairs. The experience greatly exceeded expectations.
The work was flawless. I can’t tell there was ever any damage. They came in under the estimate which was a pleasant surprise. Finally, they detailed my car. It wasn’t just your average detail job, my car looks like new.
If you need any body work, I highly recommend these folks. I hope I don’t need any body work again anytime soon, but if I do, this is the only place I’ll go.
I don’t know that they need the business from a lofty review, because it was a few months before they could get to me, but I can assure you that it was worth the wait.”

“I was driving through Tennessee during a thunderstorm and my Toyota rav4 hydroplaned on the freeway. It was the scariest sht ever and I literally almost died. Something was off with my car after that so I drove to the closest toyota which was this one. The service people were very friendly, helpful, and understanding and they did a thorough inspection and fixed the issue (my exhaust pipe was hanging from the engine) for free. I am really grateful for their help. No offense but this town is in the middle of nowhere and there is nothing here so I would've been sick if i was stuck here any longer”
“We found this place right off the interstate heading towards Knoxville when our car notified us that we were losing air quickly in our back driver-side tire.
Everyone here was friendly and happy to help. They fixed our tire and we were back on our trip in less than thirty minutes.
