“Caliber collision did a great job of repairing my vehicle but they hide some information from me about my initial estimate. At the beginning of the first week, they were informing me about my vehicle and how the repair was going but they deviated in the middle of week two and week three. I had to keep calling them but overall, I am satisfied with my vehicle repair.”

The work was flawless. I can’t tell there was ever any damage. They came in under the estimate which was a pleasant surprise. Finally, they detailed my car. It wasn’t just your average detail job, my car looks like new.

“I bought some new wiper blades there less than a month ago. I splurged and went for the premium blades. They lasted 21 days, and then both came apart. I stopped in today to see if they were warrantied or guaranteed for a certain amount of time. The lady at checkout replaced them without question, and even without me having my receipt. Great friendly service!”

“I was driving through Tennessee during a thunderstorm and my Toyota rav4 hydroplaned on the freeway. It was the scariest sht ever and I literally almost died. Something was off with my car after that so I drove to the closest toyota which was this one. The service people were very friendly, helpful, and understanding and they did a thorough inspection and fixed the issue (my exhaust pipe was hanging from the engine) for free. I am really grateful for their help. No offense but this town is in the middle of nowhere and there is nothing here so I would've been sick if i was stuck here any longer”
