“My wife ordered me a smoker for Father’s day and there was an issue with our scheduled delivery. We ended up just picking up in store when it wasn’t delivered. From first contact, Eric and Caitlyn showed upmost customer service and professionalism. They went above and beyond what was expected of them while resolving our issue even though the issue was not their mistake but rather the delivery drivers. 10/10 recommend.”
“Chris is the best! She went above and beyond to help us find the products we needed. Many of the items we needed were not available from the manufacturer for a few months. Chris called stores all over their network to find the products and get them shipped in time for our remodel. One crucial set was lost in shipping so Chris checked daily until she found it and had it shipped to us within just over a week. We felt that Chris was not only knowledgeable about solutions for us but that she really cared about meeting our needs.”

Jamie was so sweet and so helpful she knew when to walk away and give me a moment to shop and she was right there when I had questions. she showed me several options and where I could save money. all the staff went above and beyond. My only complaint is delivery they seem to be covered up. I have to wait until February 17, to use my new bed. Johnson City TN. , store needs help in that area. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars all day.”

Something's are high yes but for those who can't afford to go just out thousands of dollars on furniture, come to EZ Rentals on Stone Drive in Kingsport TN. I have bought several items to complete different rooms in my home. You also have the option to pay the cash price within six months known as (6 months same as cash). They have some beautiful furniture pieces at this location. Great doing business with you.”
“Went in for a refurbished drier after mine crapped out. They had two, showed me them, offered to plug them in and let them run to show they work, and offered a 30 day guarantee. They were even able to deliver it for me and take the old broken one. Both men were very kind, the owner is a great guy and made sure it was working before he left. Decent price, great service! Not the first time I've bought from them and I'll definitely keep them in mind in the future.”

My husband and I recently moved from Florida and trying to buy a home up here in Tenn., has been a challenge. We needed new appliances for the home and were greeted by Kimberly with warmth and compassion. We talked like old friends and she made the purchase easy and fun.

“They love my dogs here and are always helpful. Prices can be high for some items. I love closer to a similar store and came here because I had a gift card. Evening times are slower and that's when I prefer it. The location is convenient for some, but it's a busy street and sometimes impossible to turn left when leaving.”

“Bought the pureAir Solo and the pureAir 1500.Both are fantastic products, the 1500 leaves my house smelling like the ocean. I suffer badly from allergies and often struggle with sleep due to this, but thanks to the 1500 my allergies have subsided drastically due the clean air. I can honestly say this is responsible for helping me have a much improved sleep routine.The solo is a great little device that only compliments the work that the 1500 does, wearing the solo out in public keeps me feeling fresher and again has massive benefits on subsiding my allergies.”
