This is the absolute rudest location!! Instead of being helpful in signing up a new account, we got someone brand new that didn’t know anything about setting up a business account! After she cause more issues by not reviewing documents or listening, or reading our full business name, we are told we just needed to stay at the bank across the street with added attitude and eye rolls!! Great customer service!! Never in my life have I ever been treated so terrible by a bank location!! Thank goodness the Carthage Branch did an awesome job of rectifying this branches many mishaps!!

The acting manager in this branch is absolutely unprofessional. We were opening a business account within our local community which our business is located. After a couple of days of going around the world and over 4 hours of waiting we were told we are to confusing and our business should remain at another bank! Not to mention the teller mumbled Jesus Christ as we walked in the door. We do a lot to give and support those in our community! I wouldn’t suggest using this branch unless you wanted to be made to feel extremely small an useless to this branch! I wish I could rate them with 0 stars!

This bank and this team offer the best customer service anywhere! They have experienced loan officers and manager. But, Mary Evelyn and Stacy B treat you like family. They are professional in every since of the word and do their jobs with integrity. All of the other tellers do a great job also. You have a great team here!
